Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) is the state secondary level education board of Assam and it conducts matriculation examination for all students of Assam. SEBA was established in 1962 under the Assam Secondary Education Act, 1961. SEBA every year organizes an examination for all Class 10th students who are studying under them. The final examination of class 10th conducted by SEBA is known as High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Assam High Madrassa (AHM) Examination.
